I was assigned to create a Windows app that would connect maintenance specialist and customer via remote control and give the ability to communicate about the issues in an easy way
Old System Review
The old system had early 2000x look which was outdated and contained numerous pop-ups that needed to be reduced
Specialist Sign Up & Log In
I’ve made an easy wisard form a Specialist to log in and set up their company profile
Starting a Session
Specialist could start a session and pick all the necessary parameters with the remote access
Call UI
For the call UI I chose cal colors that would differ from the usual white interface background of the other apps and ease reading without irritating sSpecialists vision. All the elements that were located on pop-ups moved to the sliding panels.
